ACHIEVEMENTS-2020-2021

In Sports Category,

-          Our school won 1^st prize in 1^st T. N. Viswanathan Memorial Inter School Chess Championship held on 31^st Aug, 2019.

-          Devanandana J (IX) secured 2^nd prize in the CBSE Sports Meet held at Thiruvalla.

-          Our students won 1^st prizes in various categories of chess competitions held at different venues and secured 17 trophies.

In Arts Category,

-          As a part of Swachh Bharat Competition, 6 of our students won State Award and 1 student won National Award.

-          Students won 1^st prize in drawing and painting competitions at District level also.

Staff achievement

-          Mrs. Bini Varghese won 3^rd prize in High Jump at Masters Athletic Meet held at Kozhikode.

Aadil Prassun (II A) got 3rd place in General Championship held from 21st to 23rd July, 2017 on the Birthday occassion of Hon. Shree Ajitdad Pawar (Ex. Dep. Chief Minister - Maharashtra State)

3) Kerala Forest & Wild life Forest Division - Painting Competition

Jhanvi M (IV A) got 2nd prize and a cash prize of Rs. 100/- each for water colour competition and pencil drawing competition.

4) Spell Bee International Competition

Ammelia Dipu (IX) got 1st, Aleena T (IX) got 2nd and Alok Suresh (IX) got 3rd position.

5) Chess Championship

Aadil Prassun (II A) got 1st place in chess championship conducted by YMCA, Adoor.

6) 31st Malaysian International open Master's Athletics Championship 2017

Mrs. Bini Varghese, PT/Yoga Teacher got Gold medal in Javelin Throw and Silver medal in Shot put in the 31st Malaysian International Open Master's Athletics Championship 2017 held at Sarawak, Kuching.

7) PCM Topper School Award

Our school received topper school award.

8) Mathrubhumi VKC Nanma - Best School Award

Our school received 1st place in Pathanamthitta District, a cash prize of Rs. 15000/- and also a memento.

9) Pathanamthitta District Yoga Championship 2017

Breena Ilane Balachandran (IV C) got 3rd prize in the District Yogasana Championship held at YMCA, Thiruvalla.

10) Pathanamthitta District Karate Championship 2017

Krithi Kannen (V B) got 2nd prize (Silver medal) in the Pathanamthitta District Karate Championship held at National Central School, Ezhamkulam.

11) Bhavan's Fest 2017 held at Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya, kakkanad

Sona Suresh (X) got 2nd place in Mohiniyattom (Cat- IV)


12) Chess Association of India - Chess Tournament for School students held at Adoor

Haritha Krishna (VI A) got1st, Adithyan A S (VI B) got 1st and 3rd, Aadil Prassun (II A) got 1st and Jeevan Maheswar Vinoy (II A) got 1st in the chess tournament held at Amet College, Adoor on 23rd nov, 2017.

Adithyan A  represented India in International Roller Skating Championship held at  NETHERLAND

National  Roller skating Championship

Adithyan A of class VIII won I^St Price in freestyle and got Gold medal and certificate. Adithyan had participated in the international event last year in .

 Quiz competition

Bhavya j. and Niya Mahesh from 6^th Std won 2^nd Prize and selected for district level completion. Competition was conducted by Swachh Bharath Mission at municipal conference hall, Pathanamthitta.

 Nanma Award

Mathrubhoomi –VKC Nanma  Club of our school got 2^nd price in Pathanamthitta educational district and received a cash price of Rs. 10000/- , certificate and a memento for the achievement.
