To develop and hone the literary skills of the students, the club inspires students to develop a taste for literature and also works in the direction of expanding their horizon of spoken and written language. Its intricate agenda includes a variety of activities aimed at building up the confidence and grooming the talents of students in facing various interpersonal challenges and competitions.

Integrity Club
Integrity Club has been conceived to train young minds in the school to develop their commitment towards values.. Through various activities children have internalized ethical values like responsibility, tolerance, honesty etc. and they are made aware of their immense power to make the right choices and bring a tremendous change in the society.
Integrity club works in close connection and collaboration with NANMA CLUB which aims at fostering values of social commitment and responsibility.

VANA MAHOTSAVA DAY CELEBRATIONS
As a part of ‘Vana Mahotsava Day’ celebrations, Primary students of Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Pathanamthitta conveyed a big message through the social media to love and to take care of plants which are very essential for our survival on this planet.
They set examples by planting a large number of saplings and sharing their happiness by hugging Gulmohar tree which was once planted on the World Environment Day by their senior students. The message conveyed being not only planting is important but taking care of planted sapling is much more important.
READING WEEK (JUNE 19th TO 25th ) OBSERVED
Reading week (June 19th to 25th ) was observed at Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Variyapuram in a vibrant manner. Students presented various programmes in the morning assembly, which included Book review and Recitation of poems by famous poets. Students were made to take a special pledge in connection with the Reading week which was released by the Government of Kerala. The week long celebration concluded with a literary conclave of some of the upcoming poets and musicians of Pathanamthitta District namely Sr. Unnikrishnan Puzhikkad, Sajeev Ikkad and Anu M V Kadamanitta.
Students had the opportunity to interact with the poets and enhance their writing skills.
