Bhavans Vidya Mandir, Pathanamthitta Kendra, proudly participated in the Aranmula Heritage Walk, a poignant tribute to the renowned Malayalam poet Sugathakumari. This event aimed to preserve Aranmula's rich cultural heritage and highlight its importance as a UNESCO World Heritage Centre.

Aranmula Heritage Walk: A Journey to Preserve Cultural Legacy

The walk comprised a series of Navami celebrations across 18 significant locations, culminating in a ceremony at Sugathakumari's residence. Esteemed guests, including Sri Kummanam Rajasekharan, former Governor of Mizoram, and Sri P.I. Sherief Mohammad, Secretary and Director of Bhavans Vidya Mandir, graced the occasion.

Sugathaparichayam: A Tribute to the Timeless Poet

Bhavans Vidya Mandir Pathanamthitta presented Sugathaparichayam, an inaugural celebration honoring Sugathakumari's enduring legacy. The event brought together students, teachers, and dignitaries, including Hon'ble Chairman Sri TKA Nair and Guest of Honour Sri PI Sherief Mohammad.

Our students showcased their creative talents in poetry and story writing, inspired by Sugathakumari's remarkable works. Sugathaparichayam is a testament to the power of poetry to transcend time and touch hearts.
